About us

Alan Boslem spent 10 years working for Gleneagles Resort, attaining the position of premier sous chef, before leaving to establish Big Bite Catering Ltd. in 2001.

He not only runs a successful business but lectures part time and is actively involved in training the next generation of chefs.

There are four full time members of the team, all who have worked together since the business started. This established team works well together ensuring 100% commitment to your catering needs.

We have worked for many well known establishments including Gleneagles, Airdrie FC, Scottish Enterprise, Royal Bank of Scotland, Duntroon Castle, Strathallan Castle, and Murthly Castle.
